We are doing some rework to eliminate the issue with icons. In next public release we will include these fixes.
Abhishek Kumar PandeyMemberJust for my curiosity, what was the issue?
Abhishek Kumar PandeyMemberYes. The watermark we used was bigger in size but windows provided only 49*49 space for it, so you were getting weird behavior. As we have now designed everything fresh, we kept this restriction in mind while designing. Good to see that it is fixed in Parallels also.
Abhishek Kumar PandeyMemberHi,
If you are using HTTP tunneling can you please confirm with your system admin following-
- Is mysqlnd is used for connection to mysql in php?
- Is open_basedir enabled?
Actually this is a bug with php link-https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=55737&edit=3
Abhishek Kumar PandeyMemberHi,
No. Currently SQLyog don’t support any markdown. But there are other format like XML which are supported for export and can be converted into required markdown.
Abhishek Kumar PandeyMemberPlease execute SHOW VARIABLES LIKE ‘%local_infile%’; and paste the result here.
Abhishek Kumar PandeyMemberHi bobthomas155,
Yes It is possible. You can goto table->backup/export->export data as and select excel. Or just press CTRL+ALT+C to get export as dialog.
Abhishek Kumar PandeyMemberYes..Tools->preferences->font & editor->colors->editor->line number margin.
Set background and foreground color as needed.
Abhishek Kumar PandeyMemberWe are considering what feedback we get. We did not expect this chance to go uncommented. We appreciate feedback, but it is also very important for us to consider Win8/10 and new standards defined by those, as well and the diversity of Windows system – small devices, large screens etc.You can change the color appearance of SQLyog from tools->preferences->other->themes->twilight. We are also discussing icons and there look on different backgrounds. We will conclude it in ~2 weeks.Abhishek Kumar PandeyMemberYes, Theme currently doesn’t supports all the colors. And colors of some part of application can’t be changed at all. In my last post I tried to show you workaround to make SQLyog look darker upto maximum possible extent. We will look into extending existing theme xml so that it can cover every part of SQLyog.
BTW-SQLyog have options to change colors for db explorer, query tab etc. But of course some tabs like info tab message tab etc can’t be changed.
Abhishek Kumar PandeyMemberHi,
You can design your own theme. Please refere-http://blog.webyog.com/2012/12/04/how-to-personalize-your-sqlyog-theme/
you can give object browser color by -right click in object browser-change object browser color
and many text color and other related settings are present in tools->preferences->font & editor settings->colors.
We have recently designed new theme to fit SQLyog better in windows 8/10. Here is the post-http://blog.webyog.com/2015/03/26/introducing-sqlyog-12-1-fresh-modern-design/
Hope it helps.
Abhishek Kumar PandeyMemberAre there any locks on the table you mentioned in source or destination?
Abhishek Kumar PandeyMemberHi,
Does everything else looks normal in SQLyog? I use windows 8.1 on macbook pro bootcamp, and everthing looks fine for me. Also I see visual glitch on watermark of property page (top right corner) so I am curious to know whether you see visual glitches in other programs also?
We have recently changed the rendering mechanism for high DPI displays. You should once try to install SQLyog 12.09 in separate folder and see if it works. Please also restart your computer once.

Have you rebooted your instance after changing the CA? Also please confirm once that you are using rds-ca-2015 as CA in your RDS instance and http://s3.amazonaws.com/rds-downloads/rds-combined-ca-bundle.pem as CA cetificate in SQLyog.
