Is it possible to get a log of the SQL commands internally sent to the server? I'd like to use SQLyog with the SphinxSearch engine (which emulates the MySQL protocol) and it would be nice to see where their implementation is differing from MySQL using SQLyog. Thanks.

The 'local log' is in HISTORY tab. It is stored in memory and it is not currently possible to save to a file unless your copy with CTRL+C and paste into an editor.
