Hi Allen,
Quote:Can you please add “schema” to the slow query log parsing output.I am afraid this can't be done as we do not get 'schema' information from the Slow Query log?!
Quote:Also if I have an in clause in a query MONyog is handling a query with one value passed differently than a query with 2 values passed (?) vs (?,?) can we get this combined? This too will not be possible as these 2 queries have different finger prints.
Thanks,
Shalmali
ShalmaliMemberDid you get a chance to upgrade MONyog to 5.53? Could you please try and let us know if the fix works for you?
ShalmaliMemberHi,
You are right. There was a small problem with non-admin user permissions. We have fixed this bug.
We are releasing 5.53GA this evening which will have this fix.
Thanks,
Shalmali

Just got MONyog setup and its gone pretty well but, on the dashboard the system availability chart shows 'Not available' on about 30% of collections on two of my RH Linux db servers.

At these times CPU usage is also not reported. I did not change anything on MONyog or the db server. Why is this happening? Thanks for any advice
ClientAliveInterval should be more than server's data collection. Could you please try this and lets us know.
ShalmaliMemberHi,
Could you please clear your browser cache and try adding/editing/duplicating server?
Thanks,

The current export features under the Powertools allow to import an excel file, and schedule this task using the windows scheduler.
This is great, but there are some applications that can only export file adding a timestamp at the end of the filename.
It would be great to have a monitoring task that would monitor a folder to import the data into a table using the mapping described in the task.

Hello stepaneurope,
I have moved your post to the appropriate forum section!
Thanks!
ShalmaliMemberYes, for a server, all the charts are in a single column. The reason for this is that you can select multiple servers from the list of servers
and see the charts for each of your servers in different columns.

ShalmaliMemberHi,
We shall discuss & get back to you regarding this. Thank you for your suggestion.

'mpc512' wrote:Replying to my own post here, I think I may have been incorrect about where time was being spent in (1). I spun up a MONyog sitting next to the db server and it still takes quite awhile to show the results… it's spending its time _parsing_, not _downloading_. So, ignore request (1), I'm obviously still curious about (2), though!

ShalmaliMemberHi Cameleon,
I am afraid its not possible to change the width of the dashboard charts other then the chart drop down setting(Small, Medium & Large) from the Dashboard toolbar.
But the good news is that we will be soon be shipping MONyog with JS charts instead of the cluncky flash charts. Infact there is a developer who is working on that currently. I will ask him to reply here regarding the customizable width you have requested for.
While you are trialling MONyog, if you have questions/suggestions feel free to contact us. Thanks.

ShalmaliMemberAmir,
I did a little check and I figured out that while customizing the counter, if the JavaScript is incorrect, then this error is thrown. Could you please double check and let us know if you have tried to customize it? You can find all the customized Monitors/advisors under Tools->Customization.
Thanks!
ShalmaliMemberHi Amir,
Could you please tell the MONyog version in which you are getting the error?
Also, the MySQL server versions?

When I click on Monitors/Advisors I get this error:
TypeError: value has no properties, Counter: InnoDB – Others — InnoDB tablespace automatically expands?
I tried it with 3 MySql servers all report same error. I want to monitor replication, 2 of them are slaves and one master.
Thanks,
A.Cicak
