MemberYou cannot drag-n-drop databases ( or tables ) between two servers ( or databases ), but you can do the same job using
DB->Copy Database To Another Host/DB

SQLyog logs all the queries which it sends to the server in the History tab. Can you give me the complete list of what is there in your History window after you have connected to the MySQL server.
This will help me in understanding where the problem lies

MemberDo you mean you dont see all the columns? If Yes, then you can scroll thru the remaining columns using the Horizontal Scrollbar at the bottom of the screen 😀
If your answer is NO then can you attach a screenshot of the dialog box and give some more details about your problem

It is a known issue where SQLyog crashes when used with MySQL 4.1 😮
We plan to release a new version of SQLyog in the beginning of June which will have all the bugs fixed regarding SQLyog's compatibility with MySQL 4.1
