    Hi Peter

    Yes it’s tunnelling.

SHOW FULL PROCESSLIST returns a one line result with the time column showing zero.

The site is on shared hosting so I have no ability to get in and restart mysql etc.

The backup runs and the remaining tables back up ok.

Hi, it’s really late so a quick reply since I’ve cleared some of my backlog. I’ve upgraded and in a bout of optimism bought a 5 year support license so I’m now running v11.4. I took a look at my scheduled jobs and was delighted to see them all back. Somehow this morning they are all gone, bar the two I recreated.

If I look in the log I can see the two jobs that are running and in my backups folder I can see the two files.

Yes, I have a password, yes, I’m the admin, UAC is set to the default. None of these have changed recently.

If I look in the task scheduler I can see all the jobs and I’ve enabled history. If I try to run one of the problem children I get 7 lines in the history box describing how the task has started and finished successfully. It doesn’t actually run and there’s no new entry in sja.log

I’ve tried to edit one of my original xml files and while I select save and schedule it’s not bringing up the schedule box.

I can create them all over again but it’s a bit of a pain 🙂

    I’ll try the upgrdade.

The log file was spectacularly unhelpful.

And yes, I could use SqlYog to connect to the server – nothing had changed there.

The interesting portion of the log is this…
