Changing sqlyog.ini is something we dont encourage. Starting from v4.07, the names will be in sorted in dropdown window.

We need to use Alter Table… SQL to modify information about tables. There is no option in Alter Table to work on multiple tables.

Uncheck Tools -> Preferences -> Truncate Column Headers To Max. Data Size.

Work on the backend engine is already over. We are working on the GUI now. I believe it will take another 2 weeks to get the first BETA of GUI.
