Which database you are trying to import from?
Can you mail me backup of the database?
RiteshMemberThe only change between 4.06 and 4.07 is the usage of a different library to display images in the BLOB viewer.
RiteshMemberThis is very strange.
Which OS & mouse driver are you using? Did you load up any images in the BLOB viewer?
RiteshMemberQuote:What are the permissions that have to be set up on the server to allow access? I am trying to connect on a LAN using port 3306.MySQL uses user+host based authentication system. More information on the MySQL authentication system can be found at: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/privileg…ege-system.html
Quote:Do the username and passwords refer to the Linux root account or mysql password?MySQL uses its own account/username and has no relation to OS accounts.
RiteshMemberThis feature is in the TO-DO list but cant guarantee which version of SQLyog will have this feature.
Quote:Also, is there any way to have a query open up in the data pane?I am not sure if I understood the problem! Can you explain a little more?
RiteshMemberThanks for the info.
I have forwarded it to my development team and they are working on it.
BTW, which version of MS SQL Server are you using?
RiteshMemberWe have been working on your issue. We can successfully import tables having 100 columns and 1000 rows. While working on it we came across this issue at http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=10035 that looks similar to yours.
Though in our case, SJA displayed the error and the application exited gracefully.
Can you tell us the table structure with a rough idea of what kind of data it contains?
RiteshMemberPowertools -> Data Synchronization Tool and Powertools -> Structure Synchronization Tool
RiteshMemberWe have plans for a cross platform version of SQLyog but it will take some time.

Program: sja.exe  A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the programs internal state. The program cannot savely continue and must be terminated.”Importing the table schema is successful, the crash occurs on the data import stage.
This is with the latest 4.1 Beta 2
If the data is not confidential then can you send me your table structure and sample data to reproduce the error? Send it to [email protected],
RiteshMemberAre you connecting to the same MySQL server?
RiteshMemberCan you send me the table structure and sample data?
RiteshMemberCurrently – NO.
We plan to add support for MySQL 5.x features like SPs, Views SQLyog v4.2.
RiteshMemberWe plan to release the schemata/documentation on how to port SQLyogTunnel.php to other scripting languages in another 2-3 weeks.
RiteshMemberI havnt received the mail.
