    Files sent in Ticket #4500.

It also seems that sometimes if I click the “+” and then tables it will also crash and it works sometimes if I select nothing. Strange. :/

Yeah, I have the Enterprise 7.0 version. I do have an automated backup for one of my databases and it does work that way with the database name and date.. be nice for the manual method to also do that as well.

Just installed 7.0 Enterprise and I no longer see any desktop flickering when starting SQLyog or resizing the main application Window. So, from what I can tell, this has been solved for me! 🙂

I am using the same version of Windows and Hardware as previously mentioned.

    Great work!

Thought I would mention that I still see everything flicker/redraw when starting the program or when resizing it with version 6.56 Enterprise. Yes, I do have a Dual Monitor setup. EVGA NVidia 6800GT running in Dual View mode.

Problem is fixed for me. It was an issue with the webhost. I had to remove and re-add the allowed users for my databases after changing the allowed access hosts in the cPanel MySQL interface.

I guess this recreated the entries in their mysql.user table to the correct host/db/user combinations.

I've just tried 5.21 Enterprise and the last 5.22 Enterprise Beta and they both give me the 1044 Access Denied error when I click on the Object Browser or Click on the Database name to get the list of tables. This happens when connecting to my database at the webhost (I've made sure my hostname is a host that can access it via their control panel).

Works fine connecting locally to my local MySQL server.

I've sent a support ticket to the hosting company as well to see if they've changed something. About all I can do is SHOW VARIABLES and SHOW PROCESSLIST. Seems like a privalege problem on their end or SQLyog is doing something hinky now.

All the PHP scripts at the webhost work fine with the databases.

It all used to work.. but it has been awhile since I've tried connecting remotely.

Wonder if I'll have to use the HTTP tunneling business now..

Thought I'd make a comment about the product name of SQLyog vs Navicat. At least SQLyoq implies it has something to do with SQL. Navicat.. sounds like a web browser or something to me, not a SQL front-end.

Luckily I can connect to my databases at my webhost directly and not need to use the Tunneling features. I've been using the Enterprise version for sometime and really like it. I hardly ever post here because, well, I've hardly ever needed to. 🙂

The bugs I have reported on were corrected fairly quickly. 🙂

After playing around with it seems that it's working but just slightly different than before. I shortened the longest data item in one column and it did adjust itself to be smaller the next time I opened it to update. This version must have a wider default “margin” that it adds to the right of the longest data item to display the next column.

So.. it might not be a bug but done on purpose 🙂

Everything else looks good so far.

Hmmmm.. looks like version 3.64 does the same thing. It just repeats the same table structure instead of the indexes.
