    I understand that it would be very hard for the sync tool to pick up on Table changes, however it should be easier to recognise column renames

    Are the surrounding columns the same? Are the details of the changed column otherwise the same? If so give the *option* to use [CHANGE COLUMN] rather than [DROP/ADD]
