      I found that you did not update the field types supported by MySQL, and now the new version of MySQL already supports JSON fields, but I did not find it when creating tables with this tool.

      The JSON datatype is supported in MySQL 5.7.8 and above. We have added the basic support for JSON datatype in SQLyog 12.2.5. You may refer the release notes, here.
