      I am connected to my remote database, and can see the other General Info reports, but in System, the value of “Available” is showing as “No”.

      is it a Linux server?

      System info is currently supported on Linux (may work with different unix'es too), and not Windows.

      We connect to the system using SSH what is not supported on Windows. We plan to add support for system info for Windows servers using WMI.

      And if you are using a Linux server, please write also the distribution(RedHat/Fedora/etc) and the version.
