SQLyog 12.3.3 freeze when trying to edit a column

Everytime I try to edit a column file of an entry in a particular table, SQLyog would freeze and not respond until I have to end the it in the Windows Task Manager.
In the event viewer I am seeing the following

I tried to update the SQLyog from version 12.2.6N8 to 12.3.3 and the issue was just solved for 1 day and then it came back the next day.
I am unable to reproduce the issue on another computer.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
