      Hey there,

       

      Arrived at a new job, Monyog (5.72) was installed when I arrived.  Everything is working fine except for sniffer.  After a couple of minutes I get a “something went wrong” message (see attached).  I’ve tried reducing the retention time to three days with a gathering every five minutes.  Any help would be appreciated, I need to example queries at a level finer than the slow query log allows and was hoping Sniffer would allow this.

      Hello,

       

      It seems like you are using an old build of MONyog i.e v5.72.

      Can you please try and update it to latest build i.e MONyog v6.1?

       

      Also, please tell us what is the size of file /MONyog/data//sniffer.data

       

      We need “MONyog.log” file to debug this issue you can upload it to our FTP server.
