      sqlyog is a great product. where can i donate a couple of $$ to help support you?

      the question I have is:

      when will sqlyog be able to log into mysql 4.1 alpha (and beyond)? i get the error:

      Error No. 1249

      Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server. Consider upgrading mySQL client.

      when trying to connect to 4.1..

      just curious

      We will be coming out with a new version of SQLyog later this month which will support MySQL v4.x and later 😀

      If the user does not have a password, then SQLyog is able to log in and works perfectly with 4.1-alpha…
