Missing Server

      We noticed this morning that one of our servers was no longer showing up in the list on the left side of the page.  All three admin users have confirmed that the server had not been deleted by anyone on our team.  To ensure proper monitoring, we have re-added the server back to MONyog.

       

      We are running MONyog Ultimate 6.02.  I went through each of the four-digit server folders in the Data directory and found the missing server is number 0002.  I also checked and found that the newly created copy of that server is number 0055.

       

      We would like to investigate this further to prevent the issue from occurring again.  Please let us know if there are any recommended troubleshooting steps to identify the root cause of the problem, or if further information is needed on our part.

      For us to better understand the issue that you are facing, can you please send us the MONyog.log file? Depending on the Operating System the file can be found in the following location:

       

      Linux systems: 
      RPM: /usr/local/MONyog/MONyog.log
      Tarball: /MONyog/MONyog.log

      Windows systems: 
      C:ProgramDataWebyogMONyogMONyog.log
