      the import of external data in csv format ist not working in v 8.7.

      When checking CSV, SQLYog asks for foldername, not for filename and the setup button for ODBC is aktiv…

      please fix

      There is nothing to fix!

      To import CSV file 'the old way'  use the option to import the CSV file 'using LOAD DATA syntax'.  See image.

      But using the Microsoft/Windows text-ODBC-driver is preferable in many situations.  It is it correct here to point to a folder as the driver will consider every supported file in that folder a table. Complain to Microsoft and not to us about this if you don't like it. 🙂

      It must have been a pretty old version you used before.
