Hello! I have a licensed Windows SQLYog Enterprise, and I was glad to see that I could install the SJA on Linux so that I can run the data compare jobs after creating them in Windows SQLYog.

So I found the download for Linux SJA “SQLyog Job Agent (SJA) for Linux – 10.5” at http://code.google.com/p/sqlyog/

Looking into the archive file (sja105.tar.gz) I see lots of xml examples, and then a single large file called simple “sja”

What's the best way to install this? Do you have example tar command, for example? (Sorry, I am a bit new to Linux)

      Thanks!

      Hello,

Go to the directory where Linux sja is copied and execute: tar -xzf sja105.tar.gz

You can execute the job using this command ./sja “jobfile.xml”

      Please refer this FAQ:http://faq.webyog.co…agent_-sja.html

      Regards,

      Sathish
