      Every time I try to use the ODBC Import and select the Excel Files System DSN, I get “Error Initilizing Provider” error when clicking next.

      I am using SQLYog 3.63, Excel 2003

      You are selecting the wrong DSN.

      You have to create a File or System DSN to the Excel worksheet using Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Data Sources (ODBC) and then select the DSN in SQLyog ODBC Import Wizard.
