When using data synchronization wizard, it lets you specify the source and target databases, The source database is in a remote computer where you cann't browse the databases available at that host, you got to name it, and when you try to type in the database name in the specified field, it stops at character nb. 19 and doesn't let you go on, ????? if the database name is 20 characters long you won't be able to specify your database name !!!! any help will be highly regarded

Enter the correct source server details and expand the Database combobox (press F4 with focus on the combobox or click on the arrow button on the right). It will drop down with all the databases present in the server.

This is a bug. Will be fixed in the next release of SQLyog.

Thanx for your reply, I just edited the SJA xml file manually, where it resides the details of the source and destination database details, and it worked.
