Can you please confirm whether the data folder exists or not?

You can find the data folder in,

{System_drive}:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataWebyogMONyogdata

And also, please check whether the ini file is corrupted or not.

Hi,

Yes the data folder exists with 3 subfolders in it : 0001, 0002, 0003

and the ini file seems ok :

[GENERAL]

Port=5555

Password=XXXXXXXX

Data_path=

Registration_name=æhâ

Key=

Install_id=ÖˆYÏ-13bc-48db-be32-6dc420f75abf

as long as you expect those specials character in Registration_name and Install_id ….

Hi,

In ini file the data path is missing and registration details contains some special charaters. This means file may have been corrupted.

Reinstalling MONyog will solve this problem. Reinstalling MONyog will not cause any data lose.

YES, it works again, the registration details still contains some special characters, but now the DATA PATH is correct.
