Regards, Sandhya Hi, Yes the data folder exists with 3 subfolders in it : 0001, 0002, 0003 and the ini file seems ok : [GENERAL] Port=5555 Password=XXXXXXXX Data_path= Registration_name=æhâ Key= Install_id=ÖˆYÏ-13bc-48db-be32-6dc420f75abf as long as you expect those specials character in Registration_name and Install_id …. Reinstalling MONyog will solve this problem. Reinstalling MONyog will not cause any data lose. Regards, Sandhya
