No.
Currently, SQLyog is only available for Windows.
RiteshMemberAre there any special characters in the rows which are getting corrupted?
I just took a backup of our main database and everything was fine.
RiteshMemberThis is indeed strange. 😮
Are you able to duplicate the problem with direct connection?
RiteshMemberCan you mail me the corrupted SQL file in question? Part of it which describes the error will be nice too.
RiteshMemberWhat do you mean by 3 bad inserts?
RiteshMemberWhat is the error message you are getting?

This feature will be available in the next BETA of SQLyog v4.1.
RiteshMember😀
RiteshMemberWe have resolved this issue in 4.04.
I guess the issue was related to the NullSoft (NSIS) installer which we use for creating the SQLyog install package.
Just downloaded the latest NSIS installer, re-packaged SQLyog, at it works!
RiteshMemberPlease check your mail.
RiteshMemberThe problem has been discussed many times before.

RiteshMemberThe latest version seems to be NAV 2005.
RiteshMemberGuess we got to purchase NAV 2004 to test in our development environment. Will keep you updated.
RiteshMemberDid you try SQLyog 4.03?
We had fixed an issue similar to yours in v4.0. In that case, McAfee was finding SQLyog as a threat due to a perticular compiler option we were using.
RiteshMemberWhich version of SQLyog and Norton AV?
