Uncheck Tools -> Preferences -> Truncate Column Headers To Max. Data Size

This is a known bug in one of the earlier BETA 3 build. It incorrectly shows the message box even when the underlying DB is not Access.

Did you download the latest BETA from

By default SQLyog checks all the columns.

Are those 3 columns not checked at your side?

Can you give me more details about your SSH setup? What details you are providing in Tunneling tab for SSH?
