It will be same as SJA checks for extra ` and strips them out.

SJA will always copy whole row from source to target.

This is already in the TO-DO list of SQLyog.

We plan to massively improve TABLE DATA feature in v4.3.

The behavior is correct.

Specifying column names tells SJA to use those particular columns for generation of checksums. Checksums from source and target tables are then compared to identify a unique row.

Once a unique row has been found, complete row data would be copied from source to target.

Currently there is no way to copy selected columns from source to target.

As I visualise the situation:

You are connecting to different SSH hosts:

192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2

From there you are tunneling to MySQL servers running on the same machine as the SSH Host i.e. *localhost*. Am I right? Thus you are providing two different addresses in the SSH Host field of Tunnel tab?

As I understand you are connecting to the same SSH box.

Later on, are you connecting to the same MySQL server or different servers? Can you give me more details about your setup?

Very strange. SQLyog should remember connection details on upgradation. Are you doing complete uninstall and reinstall?

BTW, all details are saved in sqlyog.ini, found in the installation folder of SQLyog. You can just copy/paste it.
