Looks like it will require lot of research. Nevertheless, we will be releasing v5.01 BETA for the public today.

    Error No. 3 says:

“SQLyog Enterprise tunneling file version mismatch. Please upload the latest SQLyogTunnel.php from the installation folder of SQLyog.”

Are you sure that you have uploaded the same SQLyogTunnel.php that is shipped with 5.0 installer?

Improvement of sja logging is in our TO-DO list. This issue seems to be TCP/IP problem.

BTW, we don't support connection through sockets.

Its planned for v5.2 with all other multilingual/language support.

    5.1 will have:

    — Support for MySQL 5.x objects in Structure Sync tool.

    — Improved algorithm for data sync tool.

    — Better data structure implementation in Table/Data tab.

5.1 BETA 1 will take around 4-6 weeks.

Just FYI: another colleague at work came to me and said that “this your new database tool just looks nice but works shitty because it's impossible to put data into Excel”. This time it was my superior, and now I'm sure that we will get no licenses…

I think this needs to be solved in priority basis for v5.01.

Damn, a release never sees the door due to never-ending crucial features!

Great to know that it works for you but I think its a bug in SQLyog 😮

If you can copy from 5.x to 4.0.25, you should be able to copy from 4.1.x to 4.0.25 too. This is definitely a bug in SQLyog. I will notify my developers right now and this issue should be solved in 5.01.

    Thanks for the bug report.

Did this method work? If it does, then its an interesting entry in our FAQ system.

Anyway, I will take a look in urSQL and see how they are able to get things straight without any problem.

I think we found the problem. SQLyog requires ShFolder.dll which is not bundled with all versions of Windows. SQLyog 5.01 will carry a redistributable version of ShFolder.dll like Gdiplus.dll and that should solve the problem.
