You have posted in wrong category so i am moving to SQLyog: Bugs/Feature Requests section.
navyashree.rMemberHi,
Currently SQL Formatter has some limitations:
1. Subqueries are supported only upto three levels for every query (but an unlimited number of JOIN constructs are supported).
2. Special constructions not supported includes,
* SELECT statement used as argument to a function (like “SELECT IF((SELECT ….),'true','false')”)
* Various types of SELECT … CASE … and SELECT … IF… constructions
* UNIONS clauses are not handled.
We will improve SQL FORMATTER once we plan for an enhancement. Right now priority is not set.
We added in same issue tracker,
http://code.google.com/p/sqlyog/issues/detail?id=1174
BTW
FYI other formatting issues are listed here and all will be considered later while enhancing this feature,

navyashree.rMemberHi,
Duplicate in this forum http://www.webyog.com/forums//index.php?showtopic=4925 and made a reply for your query there.
navyashree.rMemberHi,
To save from the SQLyog GRIDs (of the data or result tabs) you will have to click the 'save' icon (looking like a diskette), or you will need to move the cursor to another row with one of the arrow-keys.
If this also fails then it maybe,
http://webyog.com/faq/content/29/162/en/ta…-to-update.html
Between please paste,
1) CREATE TABLE statement for an affected table
2) Some UPDATE statement that failed (copy from HISTORY tab)
99.9 % that the WHERE-clause in the UPDATE statement sent by SQLyog does not match any row! The FLOAT problem is very likely!
Please confirm.

Navya

Thank you for your interest in our great product SQLyog and for your valuable comments.
Your feature request is most valid one and already in our issue tracker which is requested by many users,
http://code.google.com/p/sqlyog/issues/detail?id=894
We have most important feature 'Schema Optimizer' and other trivial and non-trivial fixes in our upcoming 8.2 releases awaiting shortly in near future say by next week or so (BETA is available publicly). So, we are running short of resources. We will discuss regarding this feature and prioritize accordingly.
