    For instance, if I want to have SqlYog on my USB stick always with me, or to have suite of programs which can I only copy to server for local administration of server.

    I'm sorry. It works fine. Even in 5.18.

    Problem was in editor in which I opened the dump. The dump is in UTF8, what this editor didn't recognize. Maybe it would be fine if there will be a notice that dump file is in UTF8.

    Btw. I am Slovak.

    I choose charset cp1250. I already tried 5.2 beta8, it works identically.
