    Hi Dave,

The error is obvious because <,> etc.. are not XML friendly character

For example: less than “<" can be written in XML file as "<" Also, i have attached a sample job file which may be helpful to you.

    1. Is there any other faster way for taking backup?

    — Please check “Bulk insert option”.

    — Also you can use scheduled backup from Powertools.

    2. Or a command that can be executed at the command prompt?

    — You can execute a “scheduled backup job” from command line.

It is not possible to extract the stats information displayed in “MONyog/Advisors” page in a file.

However you can Customize the counters according to your needs by changing .js files in a “Customize” section.

SQLyog is just like any other client , So if there is any error prone query(s) then , particular error message will be sent by server and same is displayed in “Message Tab” of SQLyog.

Error messages will be according to the query(s) execution, like Error message 1 for query 1, Error message 2 for query 2 etc..

    Sorry for my last post,

Disk Usage and Processlist is not collected by MONyog.

I want to add a custom checking of other OS values.

Please go through System Information populated by MOM ( MONyog Object Model) section, only these values are collected by MONyog.

Goto Help — Select Customization — MONyog Object Model.
