8. Not sure. I have been informed by my system admin that MONyog has been crashing the box, so this error has not reproduced recently.

The problematic server is 10.140.250.6. The current IP of the MONyog server is 10.6.1.16.

9. Restarting the MONyog server has always resolved the error (temporarily).

10. For some yes, others no. The problem is only with the master server, not a slave of any other server.

11. Not sure.

The Processlist will stop working after a few days, the monitors/advisors tab remains good.

3) I will try that when the error condition returns.

4) Yes, everything can connect to the server except MONyog, and restarting MONyog immediately resolves the error condition.

You can edit thresholds in tools .. customize and edit the javascript defining alert thresholds for the actual counter. But same thresholds are used for all servers as per default. However you can use a condition on one or more MONyog.connections.* variables. Refer to documentation .. customization .. MONyog Object model.

I can't find in the documentation the path and name of the the file containing all of these settings to edit. Please post that for me. I have been searching around the server it is installed on and have not found the correct file.

My question is regarding MONyog.

I found where to configure to have emails sent.

What I would like to do is edit some of the thresholds.

For example, I have one server that is always very busy.

On the monitors/advisors tab, in the current connections group, there is a “currently running threads” element.

The warning is 20 and critical is 25.

Is there a way for me to adjust these thresholds or turn off alerting for “currently running threads” for this server?
