    Hmm, actually my server version is 5.0.45. I'll go ahead and upgrade (this is my development machine), but it looks like I shouldn't be having this problem.

    Thanks for the response. Looks like it's a problem with MySQL because I tried it at the commandline, and still got warnings.

    Looks like I have to figure out another way to import the data.

    Yes, storing the information in the user's Application Data folder would be ideal for multi-user environments.

    I am running on Windows XP Professional with SP2.

    Just an update, I got around the problem by giving my non-admin account full permissions for the installation location of SQLyog. Maybe this thread will help others who might run into the same problem.
