Aparna – thanks for the reply. I created a simple folder in the root of C: and setup the scheduler again using that folder – and IT WORKED! I'll do some work to figure out why it didn't like the folder name I had chosen before – but at least now I have something that works.

It looks like a bad error message simply.

I had tried what you recommended prior to your post. Initially, I had selected an existing folder and did not have the target file present – same results. Not sure why it won't work.
