Humm… I hope it makes the cut!

In the mean time, What is the thinking behind the 'notify' schema? is it a method of getting the DB status?

humm.. I just noticed that the automated cron is no longer working… same error as before.

    Anyone have any thoughts?

UPDATE: This is still an issue for us.. Is anyone around to look into it?

After running the command from a command line — then re-trying the script.. the script started working.

    Weird.

If anyone has an explanation, I would love to understand this.

What is strange is that I just tried the generated command via command-line and it worked just fine.

Is this possibly an environment problem? Do I need to set something special in the script?

    Code:
    user@localhost ~]$ /raid/httpd/html/iss_public/bin/sja -l/raid/httpd/html/iss_public/bin/sja.log /raid/httpd/html/iss_public/bin/public.xml

In other words, Do you wish to mirror the DB structure but not the data?

    Hello,

    Which version of MySQL?

Can you attach a dump of the database?

The dump should be in your inbox… if you need it in another format, let me know.

I am currently using mysql-server-3.23.58-1.9 on both machines.

I have the same problem.. sync worked a couple times then just started getting Error 1064 on one of our tables.

    Error No. 1064^M

You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'order='3', display_thumb='0' where `id`='211'' at line 1^M

    Error No. 1064^M

You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'order='2', display_thumb='0' where `id`='210'' at line 1^M

    Error No. 1064^M

You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'order='0', display_thumb='0' where `id`='208'' at line 1^M

    Error No. 1064^M

You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'order='1', display_thumb='0' where `id`='209'' at line 1^M

Sync started at Thu May 20 11:49:29 2004

All of these 'id's it is looking to match do not exist in the table. Also, of note, the id's are not necessarily in sequencial order.

    Thanks for any assistance.

( I emailed Ritesh with a backup of the table)

I second this.. We have several index tables that really dont need or use a primary key.
