Hello, I'm Ajeet Varkey living in India and working for a well-known company. If you have a question that what are debentures in accounting then you can go through this article or given link. They involve an investment that you take out on a regular basis and the value you'd expect to be earned by holding these kinds of notes while other people's money is being invested against them. What makes bonds so attractive? At first glance, it seems like this kind of interest-bearing debt doesn´t work well or at all as derivatives tend also to have certain inherent risks because there's too much potential risk when making loans between investors who don`t necessarily believe each other back then (which sounds ridiculous).
