      Please read this FAQ: http://webyog.com/faq/8_99_en.html

      You can:

      1) turn off 'smart keywords' from tools .. preferences .. 'others' tab. Please see image below.

      or

      2) enclose in backticks (like `default`) when inserting from SQLyog DATA/RESL GRID or FORM view

Thank you. I think that it is a bug, for example if there is already a “default” value in the table and i change other field in the same row the “default” is replaced with “”. Its wrong i thing

Please read release notes for SQLyog version 8.13 (http://webyog.com/fa…on-history.html)

“When updating from DATA or RESULT grid the UPDATE statement will now only list columns that were changed. That results in more readable statements and may also improve performance with 'wide' tables and tables with large BLOB/TEXT columns.”

Additionally this solves this problem (if I understand what you are telling).

And it does not really makes sense to discuss bugs witn an ~5 year old program version. You should upgrade.
