      I tried to use your product, but I don't have time to figure out why I'm getting this 2013 error (I've already lost enough time trying to figure it out, I cannot afford to spend any more cycles on it), so I uninstalled both the free version and the enterprise demo.

      On Windows XP Pro, in both cases, the uninstaller process did not exit, hanging up the Add/Remove Programs panel. I had to manually kill the process to release the Add/Remove panel.
