      There are 3 small errors in the SQLyog user interface that are worth fixing for the sake of consistency:

      Tools Menu > Execute SQL script…

      The word script should have a capital S.

      Powertools Menu > SQL Scheduler And Reporting Tool …

      Remove the space between Tool and …

      An image is attached showing that the close icon in the File menu has transparency. You can see the navy background showing in the icon when the item is highlighted.
