      Following advice on the forums, I went to my old XP box and found the sqlyog.ini file

      c:documents and settings[username]Application DataSQLYogsqlyog.ini

      The rub here is that the file is dated 2009, and I have been editing/updating connections all year long. The file should be dated 2011. Furthermore, the data inside the file has only 2 or 3 connections, and not the 8+ that I really have.

      It implies there is another file, in another location, that SQLYog uses to get its connection data.

      Any ideas?

      I did migrate this file and it was missing numerous connection points.

      We are using SQL Yog Enteprise.

      If you are using a version before 6.06 the sqlyog.ini will be in isntallation folder.

      It looks like the old machine had both a pre-6.06 and a post 6.06 version installed at different time.
