      This is very strange. We test SQLyog on Win98 and Win2K and it works perfectly.

      Can you attach a screenshot of your SQLyog installation folder?

      Yes it works on 2000 but I was not able to upgrade SQLyog 4.07 (I think) to 4.20 on Windows NT: setup was permanently crashing. I did not try 5.0 on NT yet.

      I think we found the problem. SQLyog requires ShFolder.dll which is not bundled with all versions of Windows. SQLyog 5.01 will carry a redistributable version of ShFolder.dll like Gdiplus.dll and that should solve the problem.

      SQLyog 5.01 BETA fixed this issue. Can you confirm the fix?

      We plan to release v5.01 next week and we like to have the bug-fix confirmed.
