      I have exactly the same error message.

      I am using 4.0.2 Enterprise in the 30 day trial mode. When I connect with Direct connection using MySQL C API it works fine.

      When I try to use the SSH tunnel I get error 2013.

      My initial question is: from that 2013 error can I tell if it's a wrong setting in the SSH on the mysqljog client or is it something on the server?

      I can use Putty to connect and it works fine. I bet I need to setup SSH opn mysqlyog correctly…?
