      I am having a problem getting this to work properly on my Linux box. When I run the program for the first time it will complete it's run and download everything from the source database. However, when it runs the second time, it will go through the first table of the database and then just stop while it is on the second table.

      If I go into the destination database and delete the tables and then run the program again, it will complete it's run the first time and then on subsequent runs quit on me again.

      Anyone have any idea why it would do that? I have tried setting twoway to both yes and then no and get the same issues both times.

      How many rows are there in your database?

      If you have lot of columns with BLOB data then it will take some time to generate checksums that is required for comparison.
