We recently added a second license for MONyog Ultimate 3.76 so we could monitor another server. We can add the server and everything works great until MONyog is restarted. After a restart only the first server shows in the server list and we have set up Server #2 again. Log doesn't show any messages related to second server.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Kevin

We tried similar case at our end but not reproducible:
Steps followed:
1) Entered Single server key
2) Register one server
3) Again Tried to Register another server,
Error “..Please upgrade your MONyog License..”
4) Now entered Two server license key
5) Register second server successfully
6) Both server Immediately shown in “List of servers” page.
7) After Service restart also shows both the server
Please tell Operating system where MONyog is running?

Please explain: do you have 2 single server licenses or a single two-server license? You cannot just purchase one more single server license if you want to monitor 2 MySQL servers from same MONyog instance.
If you want to discuss you license details please contact us through the ticket system. If you have 2*1 we can of course change this to 1*2. But we need to identify you license(s) and a public Forum is not a proper place for this.

We started with a single-server license, then purchased a second single-server license. MONyog did not allow the second license to be added, so it was converted to a 2-server license which worked.
I opened a support ticket.
Thanks.
