      Recent versions (from 7.0 as far as I remember) always use BULK INSERTS (and transactions btw.) where possible.  Versions before that did not. That was actually a major reason (but not the only one) for the performance improvements with Data Sync in 7.0.

      Why do you request an option and what version are you suing?
