Reorder Columns Window

I like Reorder Columns feature very much, but I also have some complaints about Reorder Columns window:

1. It cannot be resized – what makes working with “wide” tables (let's say, with 80 columns) quite difficult;

2. I also recommend to enable selection (and moving) of multiple columns, because they are often created in logical groups;

3. It is uncomfortable to move columns with Up / Down buttons – it would be much better if user could drag them up / down using their “selectors” on the left (like in MS Access when setting Tab index of controls).

I think that proposed modifications are not very hard to implement (in fact only window with listbox should be resized and properties of listbox must be slightly modified), but they would increase usability greatly.
