      Hi!

      I'm using SQLyog to run a sql query that's taking about an hour to complete.

      During that time, the screen does not refresh and the hourglass cursor doesn't change.

      Windows reports the appliation to be 'not responding'.

      What I'd like is an ocassional screen refresh, and maybe a dialog box that pops up that indicates how long a query has been running, so I know the program hasn't frozen up.

      (I'm doing a join on a 13 million row table with a 690,000 row table, so it is legitimately taking a while to execute).

      In my case, I do know it hasn't frozen because it does come back after a while.

      In the mean time, the screen is frozen, etc.

      Can someone address this problem / request?
