Problems With Wayback Machine And Dashboard And Monitors

I'm having issues with Monyog Enterprise 5.55 displaying the Dashboard and Wayback Machine.

Wayback Machine

I get the following errors in the error log when trying to show the last hour of data in Wayback:

[5.55] [2013-02-11 17:06:12] [Server: piscesdb01] resolvemgr.cpp(1213) ErrCode:-1 ErrMsg:[DB: /usr/local/MONyog/bin/..//data/0001/mysql.data] database is locked

[5.55] [2013-02-11 17:06:24] [Server: piscesdb01] waybackmachine.cpp(627) ErrCode:-1 ErrMsg:GetAllMetricValues: Unable to prepare

Dashboard & Monitors

Dashboard charts and Monitor values never populate (see screenshots). No visible errors display and I don't see anything in the log to indicate there is a problem with these.

I don't believe there is an issue with configuration because they used to work and Realtime, Processlist, Query Analyzer all work.

The same thing happens for all servers configured within Monyog.

Please let us know these details:

i) How much is data collection interval for 'piscesdb01' server ?

ii) How many MySQL servers you have registered?

c) Zip and attach MONyog.log file here, if file is too big then create a support ticket by sending an email to '[email protected]' we will share our FTP server details

Data collection interval is 1 second, this is the same for all 7 servers configured. I have emailed for ftp info (ticket 164297).
