      I am wondering about “Percentage of full table scans”. It is allways high between 50% and 95%. I checked nearly every single query in general query log: EXPLAIN says all queries are using indizes. Slow query log is empty (only some administrative queries, long_query_time = 1). Any ideas?

      Edit: /usr/bin/mytop says: “Key Efficiency: 99.9%”

      Just a preliminary comment:

      You see the formula used by MONyog in attached image. To get the values yourself execute “SHOW GLOBAL STATUS LIKE 'handler%';”

      It seems a really long warmup time is needed. Percentage is sinking steadily since last week – now around 7%.
