How to convert PHP-Fusion database user to Joomla database in aplication SQLyog ?

No clue! I don't know how the 2 applications store their data.

SQLyog does not target any specific applications (PHP-based, JAVA-based, .NET-based or whatever). SQLyog is a client for the MySQL database server. SQLyog conects to MySQL- It *does not know* and *does not care* what other applications also do.

SQLyog is not a tool for converting data from one content management system to another. If you can handle the conversion in SQL, SQLyog is as good a tool as any, though.

You are welcome to ask the question and if some user here can help you they are welcome too of course. But Webyog as such will not invest time in understanding the details of the 2 systems, what data they store and how.

But frankly I think chances to get help with this would be better in some Joomla Forums, mailinglist or whatever they have.
