No clue!  I don't know how the 2 applications store their data.
SQLyog does not target any specific applications (PHP-based, JAVA-based, .NET-based or whatever).  SQLyog is a client for the MySQL database server. SQLyog conects to MySQL-  It *does not know* and *does not care*  what other applications also do.
SQLyog is not a tool for converting data from one content management system to another. If you can handle the conversion in SQL, SQLyog is as good a tool as any, though.
