      I have the need to be nofied if and only if a result of a query in not empty,

      Is There a workarround for this need of mine?

      Currently, the mail will be sent in all cases. There is no way to conditionally send a mail. There is no workaround for this at present.

      I have added it in the TO-DO list of SQLyog. We will implement it in one of later BETAS of v4.2.

      Thank You for your promp respond,

      the aplication thatt i have if for monitoring manufacturing production machines,

      currently a log in mysql is beeing filled automatically but some of the machines are stable enough to go to a “lights-out” operation (no people) in the plant but we need a messaging solution in case of one of the machines stops currently is a phone dialer but we need to scalate the notifications to other people.

      You have a very nice Product.
