I very miss multiple tables selection, when I want to drop more than one table I need to drop it one by one.

I belive it is safer to require the user to manually drop a table, so less accidents happen! But, it's up to Ritesh to decide!
In TOAD is possibility to check option DROP ALL. Default is not checked, but user have option to check it.
You may delete all tables in a db by using the truncate database feature of SQLyog.
