Hi Team,
We have installed monyog and configured around 70 servers.We are not able to see any data when i click on the monitor tab.I selected three servers and they used to show the data on the gui..Something like this
Available :yes
Version :Version Details.
But now it doesnt show any data and i can see the refreshing symbol happening next to server name.
Avaialble:
Version:
Whereas i do get alert mails i configured to my inbox and also i tried this on all browsers(mozilla,chrom,ie by clearing cache)
But Still i am not able to get nay data on this gui.
Could you please help

As first step, I would suggest that you try to clear the browser cache.

I cleared the cache of all my browsers but i am still unable to get them

I suspect some browser plugin being the culprit here.
Do you have an option to try from another system, for instance?

Hi,
Yes were trying the monyog from 4-5 machines and it doesnt display data on any system.

Hi phanee,
Did you find the solution for this? i am facing the same problem can you plesae help on this. when i am click on monitors tab its not showing any data .

Hello,
Please provide us with the following:
1. Can you please check if there is any error in browser’s console window. To do this right click anywhere in the browser window when you are in Monitors page and select “Inspect Element“, then select Console tab. Now refresh the page and see if there is any error in console. Please send us the screenshot, if you get any error there.
2. Please send us the complete MONyog.log file, based on your installation and OS it can be found in
Windows:
ProgramDataWebyogMONyogMONyog.log Linux System:
for RPM: /usr/local/MONyog/MONyog.log
for .tar:
/MONyog/MONyog.log You can create a support ticket at [email protected], and send us the MONyog.log file there.
