Master Password

      I'd like to have a master password for all connections.

      The master password should be reset on minimizing the program and on standby/hibernate of windows.

      I didn't get your question/suggestion. Could you please elaborate?

      SQLyog does not do any password mgmt itself. It completely depends on MySQL credentials.

      SQLYog saves all passwords. When my notebooks gets stolen I have a problem. But I don't want to remember all individual passwords. When SQLYog has one password for opening all connections then stealing my notebook doesn't help anyone to get into my servers.

      I think this is outside the scope of SQLyog. You can easily use a product like http://www.truecrypt.org/ and encrypt the folder containing sqlyog.ini.

      Well it is not real outside the scope. Other programs do this, like for example total commander for its FTP connections.
